General Terms of Sale
The offer and sale of products available on the website shop.fashiondog.it are governed by the General Terms of Sale described below, which constitute an integral part of the purchase contract for any product. The submission of an order implies its acceptance by the customer.
Fashion Dog s.r.l. reserves the right to make changes to these General Terms of Sale at any time. Such changes will be effective only for orders placed after the modification date.
1. PURCHASE
It is possible to purchase products from the website shop.fashiondog.it 24 hours a day.
By clicking the "Submit order" button, the customer places an order with Fashion Dog s.r.l.. The order is to be considered, for all purposes, a contractual proposal by the customer, which Fashion Dog s.r.l. will promptly confirm by sending an email to the email address provided by the customer.
2. PRICE AND PAYMENTS
The prices of the products listed on shop.fashiondog.it include VAT but do not include any taxes, duties, and other charges that may apply in the destination country of the products, if different from Italy, which will be borne by the customer.
Fashion Dog s.r.l. reserves the right to change the prices of the products offered and sold on Fashion Dog s.r.l. at any time. However, such changes are not effective for customers who have already placed an order.
During the order submission process, Fashion Dog s.r.l. offers various payment methods: by credit card or through the secure Paypal system. The customer is required to indicate the payment method they wish to use, among the options offered.
2.1 PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
If paying by credit card, the payment is processed through the Stripe service, which uses an encrypted protocol to ensure a completely secure transaction. Sensitive credit card payment information will never be recorded or used by Fashion Dog s.r.l..
3. SHIPPING
Fashion Dog s.r.l. ships exclusively with Express Courier.
The available shipping methods are shown during the purchase process as they vary depending on the product type, availability, weight, size of the item, and destination country.
The packaging of the ordered goods is free; products over 80kg are shipped with vehicles equipped with a hydraulic tailgate for unloading. (This service is available only if the shipping address is accessible by medium/large vehicles).
Italy: For orders up to €59, the shipping fee is €8. Free shipping for orders of €60 or more.
European Union (EU): express courier shipments (delivery in 1 to 4 working days):
- Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Romania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, and Malta shipping cost €22.
- Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, and Spain shipping cost €18.
If the goods are not immediately available, shipping times may take up to 15 working days.
If the selected products are no longer available, we will promptly inform the customer of the unavailability of the ordered items.
Then, a refund will be processed using the same payment method selected by the customer during order completion.
4. COMMISSIONS
In case of returns, refunds, and any related situations, Fashiondog will retain the interbank commissions applied by the payment systems.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
We offer a return service if the product you ordered is not to your liking or if it is the wrong size.
To withdraw from the purchase, you must communicate your intention within 14 days from the receipt of the purchased products. The communication must be made by email and must specify the purchased products, the related order number, and the intention to withdraw from the purchase. Our Customer Service will respond by email granting authorization for the return of the goods.
The customer must send the goods via courier at their own expense, within 14 days, in the condition in which they received them, i.e., absolutely new, unused, complete with all parts, and in the original packaging (bags and boxes), properly packed to ensure its integrity during transport.
Failure to comply with these principles will make the right of withdrawal inapplicable.
Within 30 days of receiving the goods, Fashion Dog Carpi will refund the amount using the same payment method chosen by the customer during order completion.
Shipping costs and bank fees are excluded.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and they can choose the postal service or courier of their choice. We cannot offer a free or prepaid return service or collection at our expense. We are not responsible for delays or failed refunds if the details provided are incorrect. Returns sent to our warehouse will be inspected as soon as possible. We do not guarantee a specific timeframe for inspecting returns, but our staff will handle them within a few days.
All returned products must be in perfect condition, never used, and without any signs of wear or dirt. Products that are received in inadequate conditions will be returned to the customer, with shipping costs borne by the customer.
We are not responsible for delays or losses in receiving returns. If there are issues with the shipping of your return, you must contact the service you used for shipping.

6. DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
Fashion Dog s.r.l. often offers discount codes or promotional products. Promotional products will already have the discounted price, and no additional discount code will be required. Promotional products will be available for a variable period and may be placed back at full price without prior notice.
Products in the outlet category are not subject to further discounts or promotions because they already have promotional prices.
Discount codes are offered during specific periods and dates. Each discount code is subject to specific validity and can only be used within the predetermined timeframe. If a promotional code has expired, it can no longer be used.
It is not possible to apply a discount code after the order has been completed.
7. PRIVACY
The personal data requested during the order submission process is collected and processed in order to fulfill the customer's express requests.
Fashion Dog s.r.l. guarantees compliance with privacy regulations regarding personal data processing, governed by the privacy code D.L.196 of 30.6.2003, and in accordance with Recommendation No. 2/2001, adopted by the European Data Protection Authorities, established by Article 29 of Directive 95/46/EC on May 17, 2001, to identify minimum requirements for the online collection of personal data in the European Union.
